The Power CD is a unique deposit product that offers above average potential returns and protection against any loss of principal at maturity. If the stock market goes up, the interest rate of the investment is based on the performance of the Standard and Poor's 500 Index or international indices. If stock market goes down, the minimum interest rate of 1% Per Annum is guaranteed by BAC Florida Bank in addition to the 100% return of principal from the Power CD.
