As of April 1, 2014, BAC Florida Bank shares information about your creditworthiness with its affiliate BAC Florida Investments for their everyday business purposes, and to allow them to use your personal information to market to you their products and services. BAC Florida Bank’s Privacy Policy is designed to protect your personal information, and we will not share your personal information with non-affiliates for marketing purposes.
