When will this change be effective?
The old credit cards will automatically stop functioning on April 22nd, 2008. The new credit cards will be ready to activate on April 22nd, 2008.
What do i have to do to obtain the new credit card?

The new credit cards will be delivered as soon as the Bank has processed and approved the new application.
When will i receive the pin number?
The PIN number will be delivered to you 3 days after the receiving the plastic.
What do i have to do to activate the new credit card?
Once you received the new credit card, you will have to activate it by following the instructions included in the credit card remittance letter.
When is the deadline date to submitt the new application?
There is not deadline. However, if you want a seamless conversion please send the new application as soon as you receive it.
